Lead Time:
- Flexible LED Strip Lights & LED Rigid Light bar 7-10 working days.
- LED bulbs & Spot Lights: 10-15 working days.
- LED tubes: 10-15 working days.
The lead time would be about 5-7 working days longer for during peak seasons.
Service Policy:
ShiningStar is committed to offer our valuable clients quality products, we warrants certain periods of our products after purchasing:
2 year of warranty
a. LED Flexible Led Strips.
b. LED Rigid Light bars
c. LED modules
d. LED bulbs & spot lights
e. LED Tubes
f. Led panel. etc.
Conditions:
- If ShiningStar’s products fails (due to product quality ) within in the warranty period, we would replace or repair a new product free of charge.
- Prior to repair or replacements, kindly please contact our sales representative, a compliant form would need to be filled, and we would evaluate and get back to you within 7 working days.
- ShiningStar would not be responsible of any postage and additional costs caused.
- The warranty is invalid under the following situations:
a. Improper installation, or installation in a improper environment,
b. Improper storage
c. Misuse or Tampering
d. Accidental damage
e. Damage during shipment
